Summer break has begun! There will be a lot of Abram/Mommy time at the pool we joined. The water has already warmed up a bit, and Abram played in the big pool with me before the pool got too crowded. He counted 1, 2, 3 and jumped in with some help. He kicked and splashed, and a little girl kept swimming up and tickling his feet. It was all smiles and silliness. I think Abram prefers being held in the big pool to playing in the (cold) baby pool. He mostly wants to sit on the side. (Taken with the point and shoot.)
After a nap and a PBJ sandwich, we were ready for the park. I was having a tough time because Abram just wanted to run, run, run! The best I could do was get ahead of him and hope he didn't change directions.
Abram has become a master at climbing up and over to the slide on this playground. His face here cracks me up!
We are starting "serious" potty training today. So far, one poop on the potty and one pee on the floor. Wish me luck!
